I've got a half marathon in 6 Weeks and need to be beat my pb.
My current pb is 1:24:35. From my recent training I think Iam at about the same level. I can fit in 50 Miles per week.
At the moment, each week Iam doing 5 x 1200m @ 5:56/mile pace and a long run incorporating a tempo run. So this would be for example: 20 mins easy, 20 tempo, 20 mins easy, 20 minutes tempo, 2 miles easy. All other running is done at around 8:00/mile.
I am following Daniels quite roughly. I would be grateful if anyone could offer any suggestions of what I could add to what I am already doing or change anything.
