It varies by week and part of the season
What amount of mileage done depends on the runner, so who cares, don't try to train like a pro.
Never mind how much anyone else runs, just try and run as much as you can safely handle without getting injured.
I think Jamie Donaldson runs up to 130mpw and she works full time.
A better question: What is the minimum mileage a professional female distance runner runs per week?

I've always been curious because it's common knowledge that professional men train in the 90s-100s+ a week, but not very known what it is for professional women..
Running Times just came out with an article about Shalane saying that she ran 70-80 under Cook, but lately she's been building up to over 100 mpw.
During the women's marathon in Beijing, I remember an announcer saying that the top women's Japanese marathoners ran upwards of 200 MPW.
This study was done with the 2004 Trials. Given the faster, recent times (and greater depth), I'm willing to bet both the men and women are running much, much more. People like Paula, Deena, and the Japanese women are around 140-200 mpw.
What about for 5k-10k runners?

That link is right. And the 5k-10k athletes run just about as much, generally I've seen anywhere from 60-100 mpw. It just depends on the athlete, the kinds of workouts, intensity, etc. Men run more because they cover the miles in a shorter period of time with the same effort. Not saying women can't or shouldn't run 100+ weeks, but a 100 mile week for a woman might equal a 120 mile week for a man if you consider the time spent running instead of the miles.
