I ran a 64 minute 10 miles on July the 25th. My PR for 5k is 18:31 (technically 18:51, but the course WAS measured long. It wasn't just me adding on time in the race. The winner's Garmin was over 100m long, as was EVERYBODY elses).
So is it possible for me to break 18 by September 12? And what should I do?
I ran my first 90 mile week last week, and I'm doing the same this week, and probably the same until the race.
