Right now I (20 year old female) am doing a good 45 miles a week, my runs have become relatively easy, I can hold my pace and get through the week without wearing myself down. Should I increase miles or speed?
In the spring my milage peaked at about 50 mpw but I felt like it wasnt enough. I ran an 1809 5k, and my main paces was around 6:50- 7:20 for normal and distance runs.
my peak goal is in november, but I hope to run 17:50 early season. What should I do?
