5-6 reps was goal from Daniels book. Couldn't do 6th, felt overheated AND tired. How does this bode for a 5K-Half. Guy said I could run sub 1:30 if I had done 1 more rep.

If you're in great aerobic shape (high mileage, HM training), I'd say 19:30 5k. Probably not sub 90 half.
