I'm 18yrs old. Last year I went from 2:16 to 2:03 in two weeks off of 10mpw. In the winter I did 70mpw in only me first year of base and got slower, and only ran 4:50 1600m this season.I need someone to give me a program where I start at 10mpw and max out at 30mpw by december. My goal is sub 1:50 by June 2011 and sub 1:47 in 2012.If someone gives me a plan, I'll do whatever it takes to pull it off. The high mileage isn't working for me. One More Thing: doing 300 crunches a day is ok right? Im bout to start it.
