....than a slow 80-90-100 mpw? I've reached a point where 70 mile weeks are doable ( 5 doubles ) but nonetheless taxing. I can continue to increase my mileage, but the average pace for most of these runs (apart from 2-3 quality workouts) are 7:30-7:45.
Am I better off staying at 70, and focusing on running a faster pace? I would like to break 16 for the 5K this fall ( currently at 16:40 ).
