I graduated this year but don't plan to run in college until next year. My first year running I ran 11.30 100m, 2:03 800m, 4:49 1600m, 10:30 3200m, and 17:20 5000m. I need help with a yearly plan to peak JUNE 2011. My goals are a high 46 400m, sub 1:52 800m, sub 3:50 1500m, and a sub 16:40 5k.
1. I need to know which event should I choose to master
2. I ran 70miles last winter, what should I do for this summer
3. I can't swim, what type of cross-training should I do
4. I have a pair of jumpsoles, should i keep using them
5. Should I mimic seb coe's Successful 800/1500 training book
