I am skinny. Really, really skinny.
My best events were the 400, 800, and mile. I had the most fun running the 400 and to the naked eye observer, I "looked" the fastest while running a 400.
So, after several years off, I started to try training for the 400. But even the limited amount of volume that I'm doing appears to be too much, I feel like I'm getting skinnier and skinnier.
My new goal, basically, is just to increase HGH naturally. What should I do? Hill sprints twice a week with no other running?
