is there an ideal time to wait between doubles to reap more benefits or anything?
do you get stronger from doing doubles at a certain time spaced apart? I know it's not anything magic, but I've heard that running under fatigue helps improve strength and that's one of the reasons for doubles. So I'm assuming a certain time gap would be ideal to have maximum benefits is there any time?
I'm sure 12 hours is too long and basically allows one to recover. I've heard not to run within 4 hours of the last run, so I usually do them 6-8 hours in between.
Just wondering what other people do timewise for their doubles and if there are any ideal time gaps to wait for any specific reasons?
