I have somewhat longer hair. It has gotten to the point where it is a bit annoying when running. I don't feel like cutting it yet so I was wondering what other long haired runners do with their hair when running.

If you're running slow enough for long hair to be a problem while running, I suspect subscribing to a years worth of Runner's World, getting some Nike Shox, with your iPod connected to them held in by your fuel belt, and do your 30 mile weeks at 9 minute pace; training up to the point where you can finally "finish" a grueling 5k.
Headbands
i've got longer hair, about 6 inches or so, maybe longer by now. i usually wear a headband or a bandanna. keeps the hair out of your eyes and the sweat off your face
bandana FTW
Running shorts and a T-shirt if it is warm. A long sleeve shirt and running pants if it's cold (maybe with gloves). If it's real cold, I'll throw on a running jacket and hat. I guess I wear basically the same stuff while running as any of my shorter haired friends. Why do you ask?
I usually use pomade on my hair before races to keep it in place and look stylish at the same time, but that's a headache before every workout. I wear a lightweight, breathable cap pretty much year-round.
