we had our regional meet today and unfortunately i didnt qualify to go to state. im taking this week off because my legs have been dead lately and then i will resume training on my own to run a race on november 30. i dont have anyone to coach me so im gonna attempt this on my own. im normally about a 45 mpw runner and my pr is a slow 18:17. my goal for this race at the end of november is to break 18. i think with the right trianing i can do it. any advice or anything would be really helpful. thanks a lot, jesse
