yeah, it's ok to be jealous.
Why would we be jealous you obviosly failed out of each and had you daddy buy you in to another. Why on earth would you leave harvard to go to yale and the leave yale to go to cornell it makes no sense unless you were all jacked up, and no one just makes it back in to another Ivy league after being jacked up in the first with out lots of money.
You apparently missed his assertion that he had a 4.0 undergraduate GPA. So his migration from the Valhalla of Cambridge to an oasis in New Haven to the hinterlands of Ithica must have been due to something other than academic failure. Perhaps he just decided that he wanted to focus his studies on agriculture or hotel management, subjects that are actually taught at Cornell.
Or perhaps he's just lying. Because, honestly, I very much doubt that someone would voluntarily transfer from Harvard to Yale to Cornell for undergraduate studies. And I doubt that someone who is so committed to learning about something like agriculture or hotel management would choose Oxford to further his education in such a subject.
BisonHurdler is correct, medical students often have quite diverse backgrounds. As long as an applicant has the pre-recs, the major is irrelevant. An art major will stand out from the biology major sheeple.

You'd be surprised at the backgrounds some medical students have. For instance (and on topic), I know a girl who got an MFA, was involved in theater in NYC for two years, and then decided to pursue medical school. She's currently a first year medical student.
Villanova. Walked on for a year.

I have a feeling most people on here are pretty stuck up and think very highly of themselves for their education. Every thread has a grammar correction and a "go back to gradeschool" post. What gives? I think the majority of people on LetsRun either graduated from a state flagship or mid-American university. There might be some few outliers in the Ivys/Duke/Top 20 Public, but overall I think 95% fall in the former category.
Question: What college did you attend and graduate from?
Me: Kenyon College, top Liberal Arts
How about you?
A couple points first: (1) One can be strong in grammar with a state university education. (2) Interesting that you criticize posters for thinking "very highly of themselves for their education," (sic) yet had to point out that Kenyon College is "top Liberal Arts." (3) There are indeed people on here who think too highly of themselves, perhaps myself included. (4) I'm guessing the percentage of posters from private schools is slightly higher than that of the general U.S. population, since runners tend statistically to be higher academic achievers than Average Joe.
With that said--Arizona State, University of Texas, Arizona State (again), University of Arizona.
