Another dns. Stayed in my warm bed, saved $35. Then at about 3pm went out for an easy 6 in just under 45 min.

Did not race. Did 10 minute warmup, 6 800s on a local golfcourse with 2:30 jog rest in between and 10 minute cooldown.
27:23 5 mile. Not too great, tired from random stuff, sore back. 4th across the line, couldn't accept the turkey for NCAA. Unfortunate.
1 mi TT 6:51. Took 2 weeks off due to a nagin hamstring injury.
10K in 41:51.
Ran 29:54 for 5 miler. Not too shabby considering I drank the night before and was on planes for 2 days straight.
22:45 for 4 Miles. I have been taking it easy since Chicago Marathon. Sort of a fitness test.
On a related question:
On McMillans Calculator that is the equivalent of a 1:20:20 half marathon. Doesn't it seem like a 22:45 4 mile is a better race?
27:29 5 miler. had what was left after NYC marathon 2:3+
54:45 8 miles
28:04, 5 miles FTW(i'm a chick)
DNS. F***ing injuries!
Another DNS. Slept through the start. I was still passed out from lots of drinking last night
27:18 8k
old fat man here. no snow on the tundra yet. went to the track and put in a less than all out 23:38 5k. then attacked a defenseless turkey carcass. burp.
Two ran 14:36 and 14:42 at the race I was at. I believe a 14:38.

What was your final chip time when they pulled the start/finish mat out from under you ?
At least you had the courage to show.

Which one did you do?
I won the Hallenbrick 5k in a blazing time of 18.42. All finishers got a free beer from it. :D
Oh and the winner of my race ran 13:3x. I believe him
