I was 5'11" and 125 in high school. I was quite average compared to the other guys on my team.
yeah man dont worry inm 5 10 too and only break 115 on good days as long as you feel healthy your fine.
if you want to gain weight, gain muscle, not fat. lift and eat more protein.

My junior year of high school I was 5'9 115. Now I'm a sophomore in college and I'm 5'11 and in the 140-145 range. I know my parents were worried about me when I weighed 115. I think you could definitely gain some weight but I think non-runners really don't understand what a healthy weight is. They think if you're 5'10-11 160, that's skinny. As runners, we consider that the team bus(of course that's an exaggeration). I can't for speak others but I think my ideal running weight is 130-135. I can say that I had to make sure I ate more often to gain weight. Foods to eat: peanut butter, ice cream(if it doesn't mess with you stomach), pizza Eating a lot in a short amount of time isn't the way to do it. Of course, I gained a lot of my weight when I wasn't running much or at all.
