I heard there were others running including, low and behold, some women. That isn't true Nik boy?

Teg isn't a miler, but I'm sure he wasn't too thrilled about his performance so saying congrats to him probably wasn't necessary...and he's married you know so I hope the "very pretty" girl was his wife - or I guess I should say if it wasn't I hope his wife doesn't read these boards...so you said congrats on a subpar performance and perhaps broke-up his marriage - I'm sure he was really glad to see you today...

I made reference to the 12:58 when I said congrats.

Are you saying a non miler should be disappointed with a 3:54?
Where can I find video

He shouldnt be disappointed, but he also shouldnt be happy with it. A 3:54 is the minimum of what a sub13 guy should be able to. Just a neutral performance.

Nice time by Sara Hall. I'm just like every other Letsrunner who thinks the key to solving a pro runner's problems is for them to move up (Webb needs to move up to 5K, Teg to 10K, Wariner to 800, etc.)
But in this case, it looks like Sara Hall needs to move down in distance.
Down to what? She's mainly been competing in the 1500 in recent years. She's not in the league of Rowbury, Wurth-Thomas, or Willard
She did beat Wurth and Donahue in this race.
And lost to them on the track all year long
If she can still beat them in a race, then I don't think it is fair to say they are out of her league. They are obviously in reach.
oh yawn, el guerrouj ran 3:43.13
next please
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
