I like the idea of the cheetah. The cheetah starts 100 meters behind the others, but at the same time. There could be side bets on which one the cheetah attacks. My money says he goes for the speedskater, who's lower to the ground than the others.

A lot depends on the bike having gears or not. If it were a track/fixed gear bike, I go with the speedskater. With gears, it is a bit unclear. The cyclist might then have an advantage.
