Hello,
I feel I have acquired a functional LLD on my right leg which was acquired by running countless miles on cambered roads and always running on the left side of the road (facing traffic). This LLD has seriously limited my running and after 15-20 mins of running, my right foot severely overpronates more than my left and I almost have to drag my right leg along because it just goes limp.
This has been going on since june and if this problem doesn't go away soon, I will probably quit running and pursue cycling
i am thinking about chiropractory but I have gone before and it hasn't really helped.I wore a heel lift yesterday in my right shoe and it felt terrible and gave me knee pain
I am at my wits end w/ this issue and I am open to any suggestions.
