Hey guys so pretty much I am faced with a dilemna. I am going to be an upcoming junior and am well aware of the importance of this year towards college recruiting. As a result I have decided to quit my other sports to focus on track. I have had 2 unsuccessful season in which both I injured myself running all the sprint events. My times are
100: 11.4
200: 23.4
400: 55
And by looking at my times you can tell that my seasons haven't been well. I have only run the 400 once and that was freshman year. So should I concentrate on the 400m considering there might be more hope for me to break 50 or should i stick with my 100 and 200 times and find a good coach to train with to teach me form and all that shit?
