Bolt is too good to be true.
The only thing going against Bolt is that he is too good. Jones was associated with a bunch of dopers. Ramzi and Regina had very strange racing schedules and made ridiculous time drops. Those people are deserving of suspicion. All Bolt does is run super fast (in lots of meets, not just the huge ones) and kicks the shit out of everyone.
