Any one weight lift for their upper body is it real good for distance runners. I do reps of 15 3 sets but I am now benching like 210 I weigh 135. My other teamates are pussies. Should I hold back on the weights.

You are almost certainly not “weightlifting”and don’t know what it actually means.
Why do runners feel the need to anonymously lie about how much weight they can allegedly lift? Three sets of 15 reps at more than 1.5 times your body weight is not true.
