You left out Anita Campbell for UW who was just 3rd at 10K. And since Blood and Kosinski were nominally the best Oregon XC runners last year and got their a$$e$ handed to them by UW at Pac-10 and XC natls last year, I would be very surprised if Oregon was much competition in 2009 XC. I'll also be very surprised if Hasay does better than Babcock's top 10 finish last year.
I couldn't agree more with So Incredibly Tired, UW did it last year with a very deep team. Only Schaaf was realistically capable of running for the natl title. Lawrence and Campbell have improved a lot this track season. Who knows how Schaaf comes back but I'd give the nod to the defending champs until proven otherwise.
