My wife has bought every article of clothing in my closet.
Do you send many clothes back or just accept whatever she buys that fits?
What kind of clothes do you wear to work?
My wife buys me turtleneck sweaters
LOL
gay mans fantasy story. Potential plot from Sex and the City?
In my case, I buy clothes, sometimes at Walmart, GF returns some of it and gets what she likes, I wear the remaining sheet that I like.
Totally agree with you. But when it comes to some kind of celebration like a birthday party or a celebration of a win for a competition - usually she is buying Stone Island stuff for me (my fav brand). It's pretty expensive, but I love it. She is more practical and economical than me, lol. The last couple of months, she is using women's fashion online - that saves my money a lot, and at the same time, she still looks gorgeous. You can check what they got, and recommend that resource to her.

my girlfriend buys all my clothes now. i have a basic, yet decent, fashion sense. she loves shopping for men's clothing for some weird reason. so she buys all my clothes and they look great and (for the most part) i feel comfortable in them. occasionally, she'll bring something home that is just a little too 'trendy/hot boy' for me.
shopping dresses me out and she knows how to find great deals so i look better and save money.
My wife buys me clothes, and then I return them and use the store credit for clothes I like better.
No, I buy my own clothes. I do most of my shopping online, so it's not really a chore.
I have a work colleague in his late 50's whose wife does it all for him:
- Shops for his clothes and puts the clothes out for him every morning - he let's her pick what he wears
- She does all the grocery shopping, cooking and makes his lunch everyday. He's only been in stores a few times in his married life
- She schedules all his appointments and organizes the drive to them - he does drive.
- She does all the cleaning and washing - he tells me he's not sure how the washing machine works!
I am not much younger than he is, but I was totally surprised that men like him (he's a great guy btw) still existed in North America.
My wife would never do any of this for me.
I buy 60% of my clothes and my wife buys 40%
She will sometimes just come home with a few shirts she thought would look good on me. I really like it tbh! But still, the bulk comes from my own purchases.
Never. Not unless it’s a birthday or holiday. The guys who have wives buying them clothes- reminds me of when my mom used to shop for me as a youngster. Did you set out to marry your mothers? When do you plan to grow up?
No one that is as desireable as you think you are would date a woman with kids.
Wife buys all for me. Heck, I hardly even ever see any of my money.
No, my wife doesn't buy all my clothes. I mostly just get my clothes as gifts for... my birthday or Christmas... oh my god, my wife DOES buy all my clothes!
I shop for my husband except for his cycling gear. He hasn't been to a mall for years and is quite proud of it.
I order my clothes on line myself, like the big kids.
my wife buys my clothes (non running and non suits). i HATE shopping so she buys what i need while at the store.
i order running clothes online or get free sh!t at races.
i have suits custom made so clearly she isn't buying those.
i've been married for decades so she isn't deciding to find me attractive based on my clothes.
i'm also a nerd (self admitted) so clothing has never been super important to me. i probably dress better now than i did when i was in school and trying to impress the ladies.
My wife knows me well enough to buy me clothes she might see when she's out shopping that she knows I will like.

Ditto.
I think it’s a generational thing. Or a regional thing. None of the 30somethings I just asked would ever consider their wives buying their clothes (unless gifts.)
I don’t like shopping either so I just buy it online. Takes like ten minutes.
I couldn’t imagine having someone else dictate how I dress for me or the fit i want. That sounds like something a child would want.
