She ran 4:09 as well recently.

It's not bad considering she hasn't done too many 5ks.
She'll smash it up this year, and she doesn't even need the Coach Cook, or Al Sal needle.
Why, does she have her own special needle in Great Britain?

What do you mean by "smash it up" this year? She'll do well to make a WC final I think and won't place well. She should get a personal best in the 1500, but it won't be a stellar time and she won't be number 1 Brit (assuming Lisa Dobriskey is around).
Not saying she's going to beat Lisa (although she's not exactly started the season spectacularly - lets hope her races so far are just training sessions) but given the level of hype any US athletes running times that although very good, aren't on the same level as Twell's, it grates a bit when it's suggested she's overrated.
Please clarify what you are trying to say

Understand now there's no brackets and the one missing word has been added?!
PS why capitalise "Police"? Or are you referring to Sting and his buddies?
Which US athletes that are being hyped are you referring to?
There are several US athletes running better than Twell that aren't hyped as much on this American message board as Twell is
Winner in Warsaw, beating a strong field.....
TWELL Stephanie 89-08-17 GREAT BRITAIN 4:03.62
WOW...!!!! Huge PR for her!!!
Take that Hasay!
Hasay is sooo overrated... Twell is the REAL DEAL.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
