I know the subject of beer runs has come up before ...but if you're feeling like crap, have you ever tried to have a beer or two and then go out? You think it would carb you up and relax the soreness? I'm lazy but didn't run yet today and was thinking of giving this a shot for kicks ...and to get the run done followed up by a good nap. Because right now, I'm obviously sitting on my ass hanging out here on the boards. This whole week has sucked.
