I'm a fairly out of shape senior in high school. i have been out of PE since freshman year because of a recurring cyst in my left knee, that causes pain when i walk or run.
My problem right now, is that with prom coming up, my girlfriend is in better shape then me! today, i tried running a mile, but my knee pain combined with my physical fitness made me take three breaks along the way. odds are, i can barely run a half mile without a break. its been so long, i dont even know if the pain in my chest is normal or not!
i need serious suggestions, what should i do to lose this weight?
fyi: im 5'8" and 160lbs.
