I'm a junior in college at a low level DII school. My coach is kind of smart but I dont think he has the right plan for me and my goals this track season. I only run 55-60 miles a week during the season and I peak out at 75 at the most for about 3-4 weeks tops. I've run just under 4:10 in the mile my freshman year, under a different coach and last year I ran just over my PR. Suggestions?
