Sunday-normally long run but big race the next day so did 5 easy with strides
Monday- Race (legs were completely dead from a interval workout the thursday before) with warmups and cool down
Tuesday- 10 miles easy (legs still felt really dead in the middle of the run) with strides and drills at end
Wednesday- should i do mile repeats, 1200's any vo2 max work? Recovery time between repeats? I dont know many good vo2 max workouts.
Tommorow i am taking a complete day off w/ ice bath ( havnt taken a day off in 49 days)
Friday- 5 easy with strides; saturday-race (not super important)
