Alright, I have done little/no running since the end of june and only minimal amounts of x-training since the end of june due to an injury...
Now that the Dr. has OK'd me to start back again, for the past 2 weeks I have gone 45-60 min stationary bike one day, and 30-45 minutes of running the next... I am at the point where I can run comfortably at 6:30-7:00 pace (my estimate) for 6 or 7 miles, but I am debating wether I should step into daily runs now...
What do you guys recommend? Would it be alright to start running daily now?
And finally, I want to be able to come back for indoors, so does from now until the end of December of strictly base milage sound alright before I add in hills/tempo runs/interval work?
