Hi I am a 17 year old senior. I have been forced to miss most of my senior cross country season due to injuries and am motivated to make up for it in track. I run the 800 in track and am looking to really improve my time this year. Last year as a junior my best time was 2:05 and it was my second year of distance running. I want to run at least 2:00 this year. If anyone could tell me where to find a training program or has any ideas I would like to hear them thanks.
