I am living in the uk this coming year and looking for a UK equivalent to letrun.com, one that lists competitive indoor/outdoor track races/results and maybe links to local running news. Any suggestions?

thanks, those websites were just what i was looking for. Are their any other good ones or are those it?
is their equivalent of letsrun.com and many of their top runners post on there, to name a few:
John Beattie, Lewis Timmins, Andrew Lemonchello and Scott Overall (all US based) plus a few coming over like Steve Lisgo, Luke Cragg, Lee Carey.
Also high profile domestic runners like Dave Norman, Andy Norman, Andi Jones, Jason Ward, Ryan McLeod, Alan Wales, Ian Fisher, Chris Warburton, Andy Vernon, Adrian Marriott, Mike Boucher, Jon Pepper.....
www.athleticsdatais the comprehensive race results and rankings service. I would only use
www.ukathletics.netfor GB selection news.
www.ukresults.netwww.race-results.co.ukwww.dk10k.co.ukare 3 good results service websites if your race is not on
www.athleticsdata.com.
high profile domestic runner....Mike Boucher - absolutely
Is a nice home for you to take a look.
Forums are pretty new but everyone is helpful and willing.
TSC
Wouldn't that be letsrun.co.uk?
found this by an irishman at the end of a training log on eightlane:
"Hope everyone finds these logs helpful. ... There is some stupid comments and abuse here as there would be anywhere, but pound for pound this site has far more good info and stuff than letsrun with half the baggage and idiocy. One thing I love about here is that much of the 'abuse' revolves around banter, something i miss greatly in the US. here, it seems every bit of humour has an agenda behind it, and nobody just sits around havin a laugh off one another with a beer for example. people take everything to heart! disaster. banter is an institution and it brings a smile to my face when i see it here. enjoy the games everyone, il be back next week."
