A girl who runs 5:25/11:39 and 19:30 -- is that good enough to walk on at Liberty? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks !!

Walking on water would get you in quicker than your running times.
walk on? that might get you money there. certainly would make the team.
Assuming you are a junior (little late to be considering this if you already graduated) and you continue to improve this year, I'd say they would welcome you as a walk on. Both the men's and women's distance programs are making great improvements right now. You would be training with some great athletes and coaches (two national champions).
Your best bet is to contact Coach Tolsma. His info can be found at libertyflames.com.
Tolsma is great about letting walkons try to earn a spot. I walked on in the 90s and ended up a varsity runner as a frosh and even earned a bit of money in years 3/4. Go for it. Lynchburg is a great place to train and if you agree with LU's philosophy, it is a great place to learn & grow into adulthood. LU is not for everyone, so make sure it is what you want before you go, but I had a great experience.
Ah yes! The voice of experience.
Go to BYU much better place to train.
