I'm at a small d3 college that only has XC, if I was to go to grad school at a different d3 school that has indoor and outdoor track, do I still have eligibility for the track season? Or am I all done?

Done. Sorry.
Cannot go D3 to D3. If you graduate from a D3 with eligibility, you can only complete this eligibility at the school you graduated from.
You wouldn't have time anyways.
I have a similar question. I go to a DIII school, but will probably go to grad school at a D1 school. Would I be able to run there if I still have a year of eligibility?

Yes.
How about from a D2 school to either a D1 or D3 for grad school?

D1 is not known to me. But if you graduated from a D2, you can't run at a D3 for grad school.
After graduation, the only way to compete in D3 is if you are at the school you graduated from.
I ran with a girl in NAIA that went to a D1 grad school and finished her Indoor Eligability there.
