I work full time in a shoe department and I'm on a wood floor all day long. I'm still on my summer break, but I have a feeling my body is going to take a toll (to say the least) when I do start back. Has anyone had any experience with this before? I plan on running around 60 mpw and I know I'll have to run in the morning because my legs are shot when I get home from work.
