I am planning on running either the mile or the 800 indoor in January in Gainesville, Fl. I would like to run a mile around 4:35 or break 2 for the half.
Just curious about what do I need to run a 200M, 400M to get these times. Also can I run a 4:35 without breaking 2?
Just to give you some insight, I hate long runs. I don't know why I have grown to dislike them, but I am doing 30-40 mi/wk and have no desire to increase that.
Would love to hear any inputs or suggestions that would help me.
