My money goes on Alistar winning NCAAs this year. First Cross meet today at OSU Jamboree and runs23:53 I believe. Not an easy course but a fast time.

Jorge Torres breaks Adam Gouchers course record at the Rocky Mountain Shootout. Adam Goucher went on to become NCAA XC Champion after setting that record. My $ is on The brown dude.
it's going to be exciting...but i'd put my money on Jorge as well. he's due for a big NCAA win...and he's the full package. he just continues to get stronger and stronger.
Jorge and Alistar are excellent runners; however, Kip and
Boaz finish one and two. (Boaz wins the 10000m x-country NCAA again)
Face it, all four are badasses. But I'd say Jorge's 24:07 is the best performance so far this season, wouldn't you?
Jorge is also my pick. I was fortunate enough to watch three outstanding runners set course records at The CU Shootout in Scott Larsen, Adam Goucher, and Jorge Torres. When Goucher smashed Scott's record and ran 24:11, I thought the record would never be matched on the tough CU course, but Jorge did it solo and looked outstanding in the process. He is a super cross runner and I hope he tries to improve on his 10th place Worlds finish of last year.
Jorge also ran that 24:07 at 5000 feet elevation. Now That's awesome.
torres was not in the top 10 at world xc.
He was only 11th
Yeah, but didn't Cragg only beat Jason Woolhouse by like 1 second!
Woolhouse is not a bad runner. OSU also trains on that course quite a bit. Those guys are tough on their course. Go and try and race one of their guys that you are close to on a traditional course and then race them a OSU..It is a big difference. Look at for a top 7 placing by woolhouse at nats
no it was like 6sec
