(sorry i know this thread was started in the other forums, but i didn't put it under high school)I was out for part my freshman xc season because of a stress fracture , but trained over the winter, and then went into track. With about a month left in season, i started running horribly slow times(800s in the 2:50's and miles in the 6:30's), was exhausted and had no motivation up through the end of the season. I couldn't even run workouts. Does this happen to most people in highschool at a certain point?
