More like sub 1.50(800), sub 3.50(1500), sub 14.30(5k), sub 30(10k)
If you have to ask, you're not good enough.
This is not true. I would talk to as many coaches as you can, I was the one who made initial contact with the coach who ended up giving me a scholarship...they can't contact every runner especially ones from other states so I would just try and talk to as many as possible.

Baloney. It depends on how good the team is and how much academic money you can get, in addition to your running. We got money this year for kids with these times:
9:04/4:19--At an excellent running school.
1:52/49.4--At a solid state university.
1:55/4:23--At a well-known private university.
4:46/10:15--At a state engineering school with terrible running program. Percentage-wise, this guy got the best deal.
Thanks for the replies guys :)
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
