I am currently attempting to build up my mileage after being limited to very reduced training from an injury. Right now, I can only run about half the mileage I was running a year ago. Therefore, I was wondering if it would be beneficial to supplement my training with some form of cross-training..if so, how often, what form of xtraining,etc.??? Thanks! I missed last xc season, due to injury, and I would REALLY like to be in competitive shape for next season!
