This is a shot in the dark. I've been getting an acheing pain in my left calf for about a week now. The first 10 minutes are pretty bad on a run and I can't run properly on it, then it eases up a bit but is still there. If I run fast I can't feel it.
Any advise as to what I could do?
The rubber heels of your shoes are probably soft. You can tell by pressing into them with your fingers. The rubber should stay firm and not budge. Otherwise have the heels replaced with firm heels, or toss the shoes and get new ones.
When the heels are soft then that causes a lot of wear and tear on the calves.
