I am female, my highest mileage this year peaked at 65. I've mantained between 55-62 miles most of the track season... I'd like to work up to 80 mpw this summer to go for it and put my training to the test. (btw, i've never been injured in 5 years of running)
What do you think, is it too much? How do I go about it? Lots of sleep, hydration, doubles?
