Think I've turned a good corner with the hamstring rehab. My ART guy finally found an isolated area to focus on. Some kind of locked knee/femur with anatomy jargon I cant recall. Bottom Line... I'm running without that damn "pop" litius are behind the knee every run. Plenty of scar tissue to work thru. but happy to say something positive. also helps me to have a once per week torture session (sweating thru the sheets) with my main man LMT guy Ty. Brutal. But you would go thru this 60-75 mins oo if it meant you'd race again. Am I right?
50 this week. 65 and 60 previous two.
