hey guys, i can almost pop every bone in my body. even if i dont mean to, they just pop. well, in the morning when i first wake up, i pop my hip bone so it doesn't feel stiff. i have been doing this for almost a year now and i haven't had a problem with it until now. can anyone find a solution to my hip problem. btw, i pop my knees, ankles, wrists, shoulders, neck, almost every day and i dont have a problem with those areas. i usually do it before i run. never bothers me.
