I am an 800 runner who definitely comes from a sprint background. My PR's are as follows:
200: 21.4
400: 46.8
600y: 1:09.35 (indoor)
600m: 1:17.43 (indoor)
800m: 1:49.83
For our first outdoor meet in three weeks, I will be running an 800 on Friday, and a 1500 on Saturday. The 1500 is obviously for the purpose of over-distance racing.
Any predictions on what I might run? I have literally never been timed at anything over 800 meters.
