how about comparing diets for endurance training.
1. high carb low fat low protein.
2. even amount of carb, fat, and protein.
3.or look into the gu/gel.
4. do the low sodium diets actually hurt endurance athletes?
5. how do endurance vegans get quality protien into their diets?
6. should a middle distance runner have a dramatically different diet than a marathoner?
7. Does coffee actually help conserve energy stores for the marathon?
8. protein powders and their usefulness for post and pre workout meals.
