I've been increasing my mileage a little all year and am now up to nearly 90mpw with an 18 mile long run. The most I ever ran during high school was about 75mpw with a 14 mile long run. I feel stronger but haven't really reaped the rewards yet as I usually feel pretty tired from the increased volume AND intensity. How long until I DO start seeing some significant benefits? How much can I expect to improve after a year or two of 90-100mpw? How long before it gets easy?
