Anyone else seen this movie? Billy Mitchell is the Dean Karnazes of video gaming! LOL.

Now watch the episode of South Park where Stan's dad attempts to break the world record for the largest crap ever taken. You'll notice the similarities... hahahaa
Yeah, that *was* an awesome episode.
I saw it pretty recently. I thought it was pretty good. I wasn't sure which guy I wanted to lose more. That Billy Mitchell guy was kind of a dick, and I wasn't too fond of Wiebe either. I'd definitely recommend it.
Are you serious?? Sure, Weibe was kind of a nerd, but how can you not be rooting for him to kick BM's ass?
I just found my favorite quote from the movie, when Brian Kuh (that shitweasel guy at the arcade) is like, "You know, he's gonna have to play it perfectly, he's at the hardest part of Donkey Kong, and it's not gonna get any easier....we could have a wild barrel, or some aggressive fireballs."
Any relation to donkey kong?

yeah, the movie is about a guy who tries to take down this legendary donkey kong record that's been held by this guy by Brian Mitchell for something like 25 years. In the end, he succeeds.

Yeah, I guess your right, but I just couldn't take anyone who dedicates their life to an old videogame too seriously. Seriously though, BM was a totally full of himself and a complete ass.
Yeah, and it was totally sleazy that Mitchell was part of the judging committee at Twin Galaxies...and that everyone, including that "head ref" guy, completely worshipped/feared him. And what about that fishy taped game he sent in to top Wiebe? It was kind of a downer to learn after the movie that Mitchell had won the high score back from Wiebe. I can't believe this film made me care so much about Donkey Kong!
LOL I know, who would've guessed there could be so much drama and politics surrounding a 30 year old arcade game! I'm not gonna lie though, after watching that I totally downloaded the game....I can barely get past the first level :-P
Oh, I also liked the one guy who had all his windows covered up with butcher paper and would sit there and watch 8 hour video tapes of people playing old games....now that was sad.
