Personally, I know that I would feel bad about having a kid that is destined to have poor English skills. Do people who are morbidly obsese, have Huntington's disease, or who just have miserable lives feel guilty about setting up their child for a miserable existance like their own?
Man brother, you're making a lot of assumptions here.
1) Poor English skills? Not sure there's an identified gene for that yet.
2) Morbidly obese? This is a choice that people make. While children learn eating and exercising habits from their parents, just because a parent is fat doesn't mean their kids will be.
3) Huntington's disease. Dude, there are lots of people with genetic diseases who decide not to have children of their own. I know some.
Any decision a person makes is between them and their spouse and God (if they believe in God). You can't judge unless you have all the facts. I know a couple of "little people" who decided not to have children of their own, but instead they adopted two "little people" children. They've actually been asked rudely by strangers why they decided to have children. That's insane that a person would ask that question, and in this case they are flat out wrong.
