Yo our second place guy at state was 15:13 so don't be hatin' :)
Hating? Never; Envy? Much better word.
I totally thought you meant HGH, epo, Test.,Speed, etc
OMG ! lol lol major pwnage on me dude!? lol Yer my Pwner! HA!!! lol
the best guy in my school was top ten in florida this year by running a 16:08. colleges all over the country wanted him and he got a full scholarship. i'm pretty sure some of the times people are talking about are BS. especially considering he did really well at great american and footlocker as well.

Are you an idiot or something? You haven't heard about the legendary 14:24 that German ran?
California > Florida
California might as well just run their cross country races on the track.
2004 ohio div 3 winner ran 16:13. Most years winner is a little under 16 minutes.
It happens in manys state.

in my state you would have to beat mike fout to win state
I am glad you have your goal set months in advance. Keep your eye on the prize. Work on your weakness during spring track and start getting your mileage a little higher. Get consistent with your long run. I would suggest running 70-80 miles per week during the summer with a few doubles a week. Get about 15-16 mile long runs and try and do the majority of your running at 6:30's-6:45 as long as this is comfortable. Take your easy days easy though. Dont force out 6:30's and dont be afraid t run 7:30's- 8 on your recovery runs. Tempo once a week and fartlek/progression once a week. BELIEVE!!!
all of you are a bunch of f***ing assholes...
i have one guy to beat cause right now he looks as if he is the guy to beat. my states course is hilly and tough. if you knew my past and my improvements in the little time you might not be shooting me down. we had guys finish 5-15 place at states that were top 10 at major invitationals in surrounding states. and my runs are at 6:40 pace right now...im a guy that can run steady for a longlong time but struggle on speed stuff
Yeah in our state all you had to do to win state was beat some kid named Mike Fout.
