I have pain on the side of my hip. It is just below the top of my hip bone and feels tight. It started on my Monday 7 mile run. I took tuesday off to rest it to see if it would go away. Tried another 7 mile run today and it tightened up again. Feels tender and tight throughout the day after the run. It is on my left side only.
Anyone have any suggestions on what it is and good stretches to help it? Thanks,
